Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, all of our natural skin care products are very gentle and safe for all skin types!

After using the Face Mask, I am experiencing some redness or flushing. Is this normal?

Yes! Our clay masks actually draw blood circulation closer to the skin to better absorb nutrients and to deliver oxygen to the skin. Mild redness and warmth should only last for a few minutes. If it does persist longer than 30 minutes or is uncomfortable, simply decrease the amount of time you allow the face mask to sit on the skin.

 

Do you test your products on animals?

No! We do not test our products on animals and are proud to display the cruelty-free seal on our website.

 

Are your products paraben free?

Yes! All Teava Skincare products are paraben-free!

 

Do you offer samples?

At this time, we only offer samples with purchase. We do offer a 45-day money-back guarantee so if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund (less S&H).

Can I cancel my membership to The Natural Results Program?

We are sorry you must leave the program, but simply log in to your account and select “Cancel” under the status heading. If you have questions regarding your membership status please contact us. If you decide that you would like to rejoin The Natural Results Program, simply log on and adjust your status to “active” and we will send out your next 60-day supply.

 

What is the return policy?

Teava Skincare offers a 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee (less S&H) on all of our products. We understand you may need to make a return so please click HERE to fill out the RMA request form or call us at 888.998.3282 Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM PST. Upon receipt of the product(s), please allow us 7 business days to issue credit. We are not responsible for lost shipments and all shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

What are the shipping options?

At this time we ship all U.S. packages for a flat rate of $5 and all Canadian packages for a flat rate of $15.
